For twenty-two years now Jackson’s Bistro has been committed to the health, safety, and well being of our many guests and employees. Never has that been more true than during this unprecedented pandemic.

Sanitation and cleanliness have long been at the forefront of our daily business habits here at Jackson’s and, as the COVID-19 pandemic has grown, we have stayed in step with the ever-changing CDC, WHO, local, state and federal recommendations and guidelines. Just a few of these are daily temperature checks for every staff member, disposable menus, sanitation stations throughout the restaurant, constant disinfection of regularly touched areas, masks required for staff members and, of course, social distancing measures, constant hand washing and sanitizing. We also go over these health and safety protocols in detail with the staff every single shift.

In an effort to be as proactive as possible and for the protection of our employees and patrons, we also undergo regularly scheduled professional deep cleanings and disinfections of our entire restaurant and patio. We have hired a company that is a leader in this field, specializes in infectious diseases and viruses, utilizes the latest technology in the disinfection process, including industrial ultraviolet light and fog, and has a program geared specifically toward COVID-19. This regularly scheduled process is OSHA compliant and 100% restaurant safe.

We take our responsibility to our guests, staff, and community very seriously and you can be sure we will continue to go above and beyond expert recommendations and guidelines as we navigate this unprecedented pandemic. We realize many of you have been impacted greatly by this illness and we sympathize with all of you as you deal with these unforeseen health and financial hardships. We want to thank you all for your support over these many years and thank you specifically for your support during these difficult times.
